1. General Information

This website and its services are owned and operated by Aimee Revill, a qualified Clinical Nutritionist (BHSc Nutritional Medicine) based in Perth, WA. All content is intended for informational and educational purposes only and is not a substitute for medical advice. The following terms of service will refer to ‘the practitioner’ this term is referring specifically to Aimee Revill 

2. Scope of Services

Optimise Health Hub offers:
- Clinical nutrition consultations
- Functional testing guidance
- Health optimisation plans
- Online and in-person support
- Wellness and educational content

Services are not intended to diagnose medical conditions.
Clients are advised to consult their GP for any urgent medical concerns.

3. Booking & Payment

- Consultations are by appointment only and can be booked online or by direct contact.
- Payment is required at the time of booking or before the date of service unless otherwise arranged.
- Packages must be used within 6 months of purchase unless otherwise stated.
- Prices are listed in AUD and subject to change without notice.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

- At least 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows will not be refunded for the consultation cost.
- Refunds are not provided for change of mind. 

- Refunds are not provided on the basis of perceived benefit.
Your investment covers the practitioners time, expertise and personalized care which are delivered with intention and cannot be returned.
